One of our longtime dental assistants is retiring, and she set the bar high. She was the kind of person who made nervous patients feel safe, kept the doctors on track, and made everyone around her better. We're not in a rush to fill the seat. We want to find the right person.
What It's Actually Like Here
Dr. Renz and Dr. Coyne treat their assistants like partners, not just an extra set of hands. You'll have a voice in how your day runs. The schedule is realistic. You won't be triple-booked and sprinting between rooms. And when the day is done at 4:30 on Thursday, your weekend starts. Every single week.
You'll work chair-side on everything from general and restorative cases to IV sedation. You'll take digital X-rays and intraoral photos, prep and turn over operatories, keep sterilization tight, coordinate with the front office, and be the calm, reassuring presence that helps patients get through appointments they've been dreading.
What We're Looking For
Board certification or registration (required). One or more years of experience (required). A calm, steady presence when things get busy. Clear communication with patients who are anxious, in pain, or both. Sedation experience is a plus but not required. Same with Dentrix.

Requirements
